Paralegal
Amanda thrives on fighting for the rights of others—she is David in David v. Goliath. She has been in charge of our intakes for the last four years and does everything she can to fight for each client. Amanda thoroughly enjoys getting to know each client and helping them every step of the way. She truly considers those friendships a privilege and a blessing.
Amanda has over 15 years of experience as a certified medical and legal transcriptionist. This skill set provides her with a keen eye for detail and data translation of medical records. She specializes in medical records analysis for litigation purposes and has the insight needed to organize and process sensitive information for personal injury cases.
Although Amanda would love to live in downtown Nashville, she currently lives with her husband and two children on a piece of paradise in Cannon County. She maintains a huge garden, fruit tree orchards, and berry patches. Amanda has spent the past decade learning the secrets of gardening and food preservation from her wonderful parents-in-law. During harvest season, you can find the entire family picking okra, breaking green beans, and pickling cucumbers. They also grow elderberries which Amanda turns into homemade elderberry jelly, gummies, and elderberry syrup. Amanda hopes to add beekeeping to the family’s list of hobby farm activities soon.
Any spare time Amanda can gather, she enjoys traveling with her family. Her family loves visiting amusement parks and hiking Tennessee state parks. Amanda enjoys cooking and trying out new recipes, especially fresh food from her garden. Thankfully, her family is always up for trying a first-effort Pad Thai or Sauerkraut Strudel! Amanda is also active in her local church, where she volunteers as a youth leader and serves as a mentor to teen mothers.
